As a child of physicians, Dr. Reem Tadros developed an interest in medicine from her earliest days. She chose dermatology for the variety and visual aspect of the specialty. Her compassion has made her develop a special outlook toward her patients, and she credits an attending physician for instilling his philosophy that 'a doctor needs more than a stethoscope to listen to his or her patient's heart.' Her special interests include acne, rosacea, lasers, and cosmetic anti-aging treatments, and she wants to "make a difference in people's lives." Her study of Egyptology and hieroglyphics, provided her an opportunity to translate text from an ancient temple wall. She enjoys time with family, reading, cooking, and church ministry.
