A native of Fort Wayne, Dr. Baker-Palmer joined Lutheran Medical Group in August 2010 when her former group, Brooklyn Medical Associates, joined LMG. She joined BMA in early 2010. Dr. Baker-Palmer graduated from Indiana University in 2003 and from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2007. She completed a family medicine residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in 2010. Dr. Baker-Palmer is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
