P. Jeffrey Smith, DO is a fellowship-trained pain management and interventional spine specialist and is Board Certified in PhysicalMedicine and Rehabilitation.Dr. Smith is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he received the chancellor’s scholarship during his undergraduate years. He attended medical school at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Southern California. His internship training was at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan which was followed by residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Minnesota.
