Dr. Iorga joined PLUS Diagnostics in July 2005. In 2006 she completed a mini-fellowship at Johns Hopkins University with Dr. Epstein. She received her medical degree at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi, Romania. She completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Lenox Hill Hospital, NY and her hematopathology fellowship at Albany Medical College. To date, Dr. IorgaÂ’s areas of interest as well as research and publications have been in hematopathology, breast and genitourinary pathology. She is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology as well as hematopathology.
