Education
Dr. J understands that learning is never truly finished, and he always strives to become more knowledgeable in his field so you receive the highest quality of care possible. He graduated from the dentistry and orthodontics program at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After completing his research project, he earned his Master of Science at the same University. While he may have already graduated from formal schooling, you will often find Dr. J working on expanding his knowledge and skills. Our doctor strives for excellence in every aspect of his work, and our patients benefit from his advanced techniques and attention to detail.

Our practice’s fearless leader has been an authority in his field since 1998 and has crafted countless stellar smiles along the way. He has built our practice on the idea that we are in the business of smiles and has motivated our team to remain focused on our goal to provide improved smiles to every corner of our community. With every treatment, Dr. J supplies close attention to detail that ensures that our patients achieve the smile they’ve always wanted with better function and aesthetics. Dr. J understands that his patients deserve an orthodontist that is present during each step of the process, and he makes it a priority to get to know their orthodontic needs and goals.
Community Service
Dr. J has a passion for serving our community, and he enjoys building relationships almost as much as he loves perfecting smiles. Dr. J is actively providing children’s free dental screenings as well as brushing kits with demos to local elementary schools, GRACE, community churches, and local family day fairs. Dr. P J Theodorou DMD is an active member of the Grapevine Masonic Lodge #288. Dr. J served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant/E5. Dr. J is also an active member of the Christian Medical & Dental Associations.
Outside of the Office
While orthodontics is Dr. J’s passion, he has various hobbies that he likes to participate in when the workday is done. Coming from the Midwest, Dr. J grew up with a love for the outdoors and enjoys spending time swimming, exercising, or practicing Jiu-Jitsu to unwind. If Dr. J isn’t outside, he may be taking a break to watch one of his favorite movies with his loved ones. But above all, Dr. J loves animals with dogs, cats, and goats at the top of his list. In addition, our doctor loves experiencing everything that makes the Dallas community so unique, and he has a passion for living life to the fullest every day by counting his blessings.
