I grew up in Taiwan, but consider Seattle my home. I_ve spent more than a decade in Texas pursing my education, including studying engineering science, medical school, and residency training in internal medicine. Subsequently, I moved to Seattle for my Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship training at the University of Washington in the early 1990's. I have been in the Pacific Northwest ever since. My spouse and I belong to the sandwich generation. Our extended family members are spread throughout the country, and beyond. Aside from frequenting local performing arts events, we spend a significant portion of our time traveling and visiting relatives.
