Dr. MacKay received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. Dr. MacKay served in the USAF Medical Corp and completed his residency at USAF Medical Center Scott AFB in Illinois. He is a Board Certified Family Practitioner and a member of the American Board of Family Physicians. He is a member of the National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Physicians and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. MacKay has special interests in migraine headaches, obstetrics, osteopathic medicine, sports medicine, and male sterilization. He joined the medical campus in 1991.
