Dr. Svoboda and his staff at Associated Periodontics have been providing periodontal services to patients in Fond du Lac and the surrounding areas for over 27 years. Your periodontal health is our top priority and our entire team is dedicated to providing you with the personalized and gentle care that you deserve.  We are a specialty periodontal and dental implant practice which employs state-of-the-art diagnostic, evidence-based therapies and procedures, and we work in conjunction with your family dentist to promote beautiful, long lasting smiles! We service two office locations in Fond du Lac and Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Our mission is to increase the public's awareness of dental health, assist them in acquiring a high level of health, and educate them on how to maintain that level of health through an experience that exceeds their expectation. We are true believers that ongoing supportive (maintenance) care and education are vital for long-term optimal periodontal health and function. We strive to provide "periodontal health care" versus "disease care." That is why we focus on thorough exams - checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, we're also concerned about your health. New evidence suggests that there is a connection between one's periodontal health and your overall well-being. A review of your medical history and current medications can help us stay informed of your overall health and any illnesses that may affect your periodontal health as well. Dr. Svoboda has been a practicing specialists in Periodontics for over 27 years. He is a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at Woods Veterans Administration Hospital and completed his periodontal residency at the Mayo Clinic. In addition to providing periodontal care to his patients in both Fond du Lac and Beaver Dam, Dr. Svoboda also maintains a part-time faculty position at Maruqette University School of Dentistry in the Department of Surgical Services. Dr. Svoboda is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Wisconsin Dental Association, Mid-West Society of Periodontology and Wisconsin Society of Periodontology.
