He graduated medical school from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and completed his residency in anesthesiology from Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, NY. Paul is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists, the South Carolina Society of Anesthesiologists and the South Carolina Medical Association.
