Brief Intro

Marine biology is a far cry from family medicine, but life experiences can take you in directions never expected: between a college roommate who was determined to be a doctor, time spent at a student-run volunteer ambulance service, and a summer job, I was well on my way to becoming a physician. Getting to know my patients and their families, and helping them with their health issues is what makes the career of medicine worthwhile and fun! From kids to adults to grandparents, from developmental issues to health maintenance to chronic problems like diabetes, hypertension and elevated cholesterol, my goal is to help patients have a long, healthy and enjoyable life.
