Dr. Jackson and his wife, Caryl, moved to Hazen in approximately 1990. They have two children, Kevin and Brian, both of whom have gone through the Hazen school system. They are proud to be members of the community. Orlan enjoys practicing medicine, especially working with geriatrics and inpatient, or hospitalized patients. He and his wife enjoy spending time together working in the garden or going for walks. Dr. Jackson is board certified by the American Academy of Family Physician's and residency trained from the University of North Dakota.
