Dr. Biscette obtained his undergraduate degree from The City College of New York and his masters from Wayne State University in Detroit. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. Dr. Biscette completed his ophthalmology residency at Howard University Hospital and both his retina research fellowship and retina clinical fellowship at the Harkness Eye Institute at Columbia University.
