Dr. Kahloon receiveded a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Speed Scientific School at the University of Louisville. She completed graduate course work in Biomedical Engineering at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1994. She completed an Internal Medicine internship at the University of Louisville and Dermatology Residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. In 1999 Dr. Kahloon became certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She also earned subspecialty board certification in pediatric dermatology in 2004. She specializes in adult and pediatric medical dermatology, but also has interests in women's dermatology, cosmetic dermatology and treatments for ethnic skin conditions. She volunteers as a Clinical Associate Professor with the Division of Dermatology at the University of Louisville. Dr. Kahloon acts as an Attending Staff Physician for the pediatric dermatology resident clinic at Kosairs Childrens Hospital. Dr. Kahloon is married to Khalid Kahloon, who is an Assistant United States Attorney. They have one daughter and two sons.
