Dr. Fastenberg has practiced Medical Oncology since completing a Fellowship at M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute in Houston, TX. He joined Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers in 2006 after practicing in SE Maricopa County since 1983. Dr. Fastenberg earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL. He then went on to complete his Internship and Residency at Tucson Hospitals Medical Education Program. Dr. Fastenberg has been recognized by Phoenix Magazine as “Top Doc. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
