Dr. Enoki was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. A graduate with Honors in English and a former Honolulu EMT-Paramedic, Dr. Enoki received his medical degree from the University of Hawaii’s John A. Burns School of Medicine in 2000. He then completed a Surgery internship at Naval Medical Center San Diego before serving as Flight Surgeon for a US Marine Corps helicopter squadron based at Camp Pendleton, CA. He deployed with the Marines to Kuwait and Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. After fulfilling his obligation to the US Navy, Dr. Enoki completed an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at the University of Arizona, followed by a Hand Surgery fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland.
He specializes in the non-operative and operative management of hand, wrist, and elbow problems. Dr. Enoki’s research interests include wrist ligament anatomy and biomechanics. He has co-authored journal publications and book chapters on hand and wrist problems.
Dr. Enoki and his wife enjoy walking and hiking with their dogs, and exploring new places.
