Dr. O'Neal graduated from medical school Alpha Omega Alpha. She received her Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, and completed her surgical residency at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center's Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. O'Neal is board-certified in General Surgery. She is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, and is a member of the Society of Surgical Oncology and the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Dr. O'Neal is also the Trauma Director for Rogue Valley Medical Center.
