I am distinctly proud to share with you that I am a "Kaiser Permanente Baby," as I was born at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles. A few years later, I moved with my family to Ecuador, where I spent most of my formative years. I returned to Los Angeles at the age of 15 and I have lived here since. I pursued my undergraduate and medical training at UCLA, which was followed by a three-year pediatric residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles. As a pediatrician, I feel honored to be entrusted with the lives of children and to be able to ensure that they remain healthy at every stage of their lives.
