Monique Batchelor is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, school issues, and substance abuse. She is an advocate for those who wish to receive care but are unsure of how to acquire and maintain relationships with mental health providers. Monique completed her Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (DNP) at Brandman University. In addition to medication management, she incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), culturally sensitive, emotionally-focused (EFT), faith-based (FBT), motivational interviewing, and person-centered (PCT) techniques into treatment. Our demanding daily life can sometimes overwhelm us. Monique's passion is getting the right care whether therapy or medication management, at the right time, for the right patient.
