As a doctoral prepared family nurse practitioner, I wholeheartedly aspire to use a team-based approach to patient centered care. I believe in utilizing a multi-disciplinary team for a well-rounded patient experience and to optimize patient outcomes. I also believe in and use evidence-based practice guidelines and health behavior change to try to impact preventive medicine for the promotion of life longevity and to decrease chronic disease.
