I am originally from Romania. My first name, Mihai, in direct translation, is Michael. I am a graduate of the Institute of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania. I am certified by the Romanian board of pediatrics. I have lived in the United States since 1984. I completed my internship and residency at King/Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles (which used to be affiliated with UCLA), I was certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 1993, I have been with Kaiser Permanente since July 1990 and a partner in Southern California Permanente Medical Group since 1992.
