Dr. Lott received his undergraduate degree from Fort Valley State University and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine at the Morehouse School of Medicine and residency in anesthesiology at Emory University. Dr. Lott completed a fellowship in interventional pain management at Due University where he was the chief of pain fellow and obtained additional training in headache management. Dr. Lott is board certified anesthesiology and has expertise in a variety of minimally invasive therapies for the treatment of headaches, neck and lower back pain, including epidural steroid injection, selective nerve root blocks, lumbar and cervical radiofrequency ablation, percutaneous disc decompression, spinal cord stimulation trials and implantation, sympathetic/ganglion blockade, vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty for osteoporotic and malignant compression fractures. He also has extensive experience in the treatment of headaches using interventional procedures such as cervical radiofrequency ablations, pulsed radiofrequency, nerve blocks and peripheral nerve stimulation.
