Michael Parker, D.D.S, M.S. Dr. Parker has provided orthodontic care to the Delmar and Capital District area since 1991. He earned his undergraduate degree at SUNY Cortland and his dental degree at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Parker received a master’s degree in orthodontics at the University of Buffalo, allowing him to develop greater expertise in orthodontic treatment. Attending annual continuing education courses enables Dr. Parker to stay at the forefront of his specialty so that he can provide optimal care to his patients. This enables Dr. Parker to offer his patients the finest orthodontic treatment. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Parker has taught orthodontics at a local dental residency program at St. Peter’s Hospital and he has also served as a consultant to the New York State’s Department of Health Office of Medicaid Management Orthodontic case screening program. While in dental school, he was selected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society. He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and the Third District Dental Society. Dr. Parker resides in Voorheesville with his wife, Athena, and their two children: Michael, Frank and his Golden Retriever Ruby.
