Dr. Michael J. Esposito is the Residency Program Director for the North Shore-LIJ Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, as well as the Chief of the Autopsy Division at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He received his BA in Biology at New York University, and received his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Rootstown, Ohio. He completed his pathology residency training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Esposito has been on the faculty of Long Island Jewish Medical Center since 1994. His primary clinical and research interests are focused on pulmonary, genitourinary, and breast pathology.
