As a pediatrician, I treat every child the same way I would want my own children to be treated -- with kindness and respect. I know that young children can be fearful of doctors. I want to give them a positive first experience so they can go through life without anxiety about caring for their health. I believe in educating the entire family about a child's health care and empowering the child to understand his or her own health care, on an age appropriate basis. I have special interest in adolescents, asthma (both acute and chronic) and the management of ADHD and developmental/behavioral disorders.
