About Dr. Thompson Dr. Michael Thompson has always believed that nothing is more engaging than a beautiful smile, so it seemed only natural to make Orthodontics his life’s work. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry with high honors in 1981, and received his Orthodontic Certificate at the University of Illinois in 1983. Dr. Thompson is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, World Federation of Orthodontists, Indiana Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Isaac Knapp District Dental Society, and the Kosciusko County Dental Society. He has been practicing in the Fort Wayne and Warsaw areas since 1986. He enjoys spending time with his wife Cindy and their seven children and four grandchildren. Dr. Thompson truly loves his profession and his patients. So it should come as no surprise when you visit his office, you’ll always be greeted with a warm, engaging smile.
