Michael Addis, MD joined the practice in 2005. Dr. Addis surgical interest is in endovascular treatment of abdominal and thoracic aortic disease. He has presented this topic at various symposia and is serving as a sub-investigator in one of the industry-sponsored studies in which the Cardiovascular Care Group participates. He obtained his Medical Doctorate from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and completed a Vascular Surgery fellowship at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He also served as an Officer in the US Army for 8 years receiving several military awards and honors such as the Meritorious Service Medal, Junior Officer of the Year award, Douglas MacArthur Leadership Nominee, and the Bronze Star Medal for bravery during the Persian Gulf War.
