Dr. Ochs has been practicing medicine since 1971 and was board certified in Emergency Medicine in 1980. Dr. Ochs received his medical degree from the University of Iowa in 1967 and served his internship at the University of Iowa Hospital. He has been the Director of the Emergency Department at Scripps Memorial Hospital of Chula Vista since 1971. Dr. Ochs is also the Emergency Medical Services Medical Director for San Diego County.
