Meet Dr. Melanie Slack - Concierge Primary Care Services
Dr. Melanie Slack is a primary care physician in Harford County, Maryland. She completed medical school at University of Maryland and did a family medicine residency at Christiana Care in Delaware. After working for large healthcare systems for 10 years, she started her own direct access/concierge primary care practice in Forest Hill.
At Slack Family Practice (SFP), the mission is to provide healthcare as it should be - by creating a highly personalized experience in which the patient partners directly with Dr. Slack. She is committed to forming lasting relationships to provide comprehensive primary care without the barriers and constraints of the typical healthcare system. These deeper connections lead to higher patient and physician satisfaction, as well as improved health outcomes.
Dr. Slack lives in Harford County with her husband and two very active boys. They are very invested in the community, and often can be found out and about, whether it is a soccer practice, the library, a playground or park, hiking along one of Maryland's many beautiful trails, or participating in community events like the Bel Air Christmas Parade and Town Derby!
