Dr. Mary Ann Chiodo is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate work at the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota and received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1989. Dr. Chiodo completed her residency in Pediatrics at West Virginia University Hospital in 1992. She and her husband, Vincent M. Chiodo, M.D. established ABC Pediatrics of Dunn, PA in April, 1994. Dr. Chiodo is a Board Certified Pediatrician and maintains memberships with the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association, The North Carolina Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, The North Carolina Medical Society, the Catholic Medical Society, The Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, The Harnett County Physician’s Alliance and the Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also an Adjunct Faculty Member of the Duke University Department of Community Medicine. She and her husband have six children and are active members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she is a member of the Parish Council and the church choir. Dr. Chiodo is a rabid tennis fan and an avid player. She also enjoys spending time with her family. Dr. Chiodo’s patients know her as “Dr. Mary Annâ€. She is well known for her curly red hair, kind nature and friendly smile. Her special medical interests are asthma, ADHD, chronic diseases and infant feeding problems.
