Dr. Goins earned his bachelor's degree from Morgan State College in Baltimore, Maryland and a medical degree from Yale. He completed a general surgery internship and an otolaryngology residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology.
