Dr. Olsky is an Emergency Medicine physician and also the medical director of Emergency Medicine for Monroe Clinic. He attended medical school at Northwestern University and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Wayne County General Hospital an affiliate of the University of Michigan. "I evaluate and treat patients for both critical and noncritical emergencies," says Dr. Olsky. "Its rewarding to diagnose the cause of a medical problem and start a patient on the road to recovery." Dr. Olsky is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, and has a special proficiency certification in ECG (cardiogram) interpretation. He also founded and directed a residency program in Emergency Medicine at the University of Illinois Medical School. His special areas of interest include interpreting electrocardiograms and emergency x-rays. Dr. Olsky works at Monroe Clinics Emergency and Walk-In Departments.
