As a pediatrician, Dr. Wiesner believes in treating his patients with as much care and devotion as he would expect for his own children. Dr. Wiesner received his medical training at the Des Moines University – Osteopathic Medical Center and completed an internship at Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines and a residency at The Children's Hospital in Denver, Colo. Dr. Wiesner is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, which has also named him as a fellow. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine’s Department of Pediatrics where he was named as an Outstanding Clinical Faculty Member.
