Dr. Fehrle grew up in Columbia, MO where her father was a professor at the University of Missouri. After graduating from high school Margaret did her undergraduate work at Drake University in Des Moines, IA and then went to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clnics to earn her orthopaedic surgeon status. She graduated in May of 1996. She joined Marshalltown Orthopaedics, P.C. in September of 1996. Dr. Cooper and Dr. Fehrle are both board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Both doctors are members of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Mid-America Orthopaedic Association, Clinical Orthopaedic Society, Med.-Central States Orthopaedic Society and the Iowa Orthopaedic Society. Dr. Cooper also sees patients in Grudny Center, Machester and Marengo, while Dr. Fehrle sees patients in Nevada.
