Louis Kovacs, MD is board-certified in primary care and fellowship-trained in sports medicine. Dr. Lou Kovacs sees patients in Baltimore at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. He sees patients from childhood through adulthood for nonoperative orthopedic and sport-related issues, including concussion treatment, sprains, fractures, and sports physicals. Dr. Kovacs is the team physician for Towson University football. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. He is an alumnus of St. John's College, Annapolis, where he was a member of the crew and croquet teams.
