Brief Intro

I was born in the suburbs about 10 miles north of New York City where I also attended high school. I did my undergraduate work at Hofstra University in Long Island where I obtained my B.A. suma cum laude in biology with a minor in psychology. This is where I met and married my wonderful husband. I completed my medical school in Jalisco, Mexico where I graduated at the top of my class at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. Living in Mexico for two of my four years was a rewarding experience allowing me to become fluent in Spanish. I did my last year at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine In New York City rotating through internal medicine, surgery and obstetrics and gynecology. I did my internal medicine residency at New Rochelle Hospital in New York. I completed my pulmonary fellowship at the State University of New York at Buffalo gaining experience at both the Veterans Hospital and the Erie County Medical Center. Following my dream, I came to Kaiser Permanente in Fontana.
