Dr. Shabazz earned his MD at the University of California, Davis. He completed a Categorical Residency in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. His Fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology was completed at the Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation and the University of California San Diego in La Jolla, CA. He is a former Morton-Levitt Research Scholar and currently is an active Clinical Researcher in solid tumors and Hematologic Malagnancies. Dr. Shabazz practices with Delta Hematology/Oncology Associates in Portsmouth, Virginia.
