He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Queens Hospital Center-Long Island Jews Hospital, New York, and his Cardiology Fellowship at Harper Hospital, Wayne State University, Detroit. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He has been in cardiovascular practice since 1975 and is well experienced in performing cardiac catheterizations and angioplasties.
