Brief Intro

Dr. Lewis P. Stolman MD. FACP, FRCP(C) established the Dermatology and Laser Center of Northern New Jersey in Livingston New Jersey with the goal of creating a center to care for skin, hair and nail problems of people of all ages. Over the years, he has stressed an intensive technical approach to medical problems while maintaining a warm and personal contact with each patient. This special combination has been the hallmark of his practice. Dr. Lewis Stolman received his medical degree from Queens University Medical School in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He completed his dermatology residency at New York University Skin and Cancer Center where he served as Chief Resident in Dermatology. Dr. Stolman is Board Certified in Dermatology and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians as well as the Royal College of Physicians in Canada. He keeps his knowledge current through research, writing of scientific articles, attending postgraduate seminars and independent study. Dr. Lewis Stolman has served as Chief of Dermatology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey and Chief of Pediatric Dermatology at Childrens Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. He is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at New York University School of Medicine. He is actively involved in the training of internists, pediatricians and dermatologists, some of whom you may meet in the office. Dr Stolman has been recognized as one of the best dermatologists in the United States in the nonprofit publication "Guide to Top Doctors". At the Dermatology and Laser Center of Northern New Jersey diseases of the skin, hair and nails are treated with the latest therapeutic weapons. Cosmetic procedures include laser treatment of wrinkles, enlarged blood vessels, age spots, scars, excess hair and birthmarks; chemical face peels; microdermabrasion; facials; Restylane; collagen; and Juvderm and Botox treatments.
