Dr Stanislav started practicing dentistry with the US Navy Dental Corps in 1977 and then started his own practice back in 1979 in Clarksville, TN. In 2006, Dr. Stanislav was named as "Dentist of the Year" by the Tennessee Academy of General Dentistry. He is licensed in Tennessee Kentucky, Arkansas and Virgina.
