Dr. Parsons was born and raised in Burbank, California. He and his wife Mary met at Lewis and Clark College in Oregon, where he received his B.S. degree. Dr. Parsons graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1989. He completed his residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Parsons joined OB/GYN Associates in 1993 and was Board Certified in OB/GYN in 1995. He maintains certification annually. Dr. Parsons and his wife Mary are actively involved in the lives of their three children and support mission work locally and in Mexico.
