Completed his undergraduate studies at University of California in 1989. He graduated from the University of Kansas Medical School in 1993. Dr. Lo completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Methodist Hospital of Indiana in 1997. Dr. Lo is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology; he is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
