Dr. Dolgov is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine, he did his internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He is affiliated with the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the American Congress of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
