Born and raised in the Midwest, hip and knee orthopedic surgeon Kevin Sandhu, M.D., was a dedicated hockey player growing up. As he evaluated possible careers, medicine offered the satisfaction and balance he was looking for. After graduating summa cum laude from Michigan State University, he remained a Spartan and obtained his medical degrees from Michigan State College of Human Medicine. He completed his surgical residency in orthopedics at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, followed by a fellowship in adult reconstruction at the University of Florida. Dr. Sandhu’s practice focuses on total hip and total knee replacement and trauma care.
