Capital Neurosurgery is a small practice with no physician assistants or nurse practitioners. A patient sees one of the doctors in the practice to talk about minimally invasive spinesurgery and other neurosurgical problems. Dr. Rich is also a member of the Southern N.S. Society and the North Carolina N.S. Society.
