Dr. Licker grew up in New Jersey. He received a BA from Montclair State College in Upper Montclair, New Jersey. After graduating from medical school at New York Medical College, Dr. Licker did a surgical residency at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center in Bronx, New York. He then completed his postgraduate training as a urology resident at NYU-Bellevue Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Licker began his urology private practice in Dallas in 1980, and has been in solo practice in Desoto since 1987. In January 2000, Dr. Licker joined Urology Associates of North Texas. Dr. Licker is a diplomate of the American Board of Urology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
