Dr. Keith Defever earned his medical degree at Wayne State University, completed his residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Grosse Pointe and is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Defever is especially helpful in treating diabetic patients, since he is one himself. He is able to give patients a personal perspective about their treatment. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Defever's hobbies include boating, traveling, and fixing things around the home and office. He enjoys explaining how health and disease are relevant to each of his patients, and loves it when they take it to heart and become happier and healthier.
