Kaywin Carter, MD, is an experienced board certified OBGYN with over 30 years experience in the East Texas area. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and is currently the Director of Women's Services at St Luke's Health-Memorial. Dr Carter is passionate about providing excellent healthcare and believes that patient education allows the patient to be involved in the decision making process and helps women to take charge of their health. She is a mother and grandmother and also participates yearly in the Physicians for Amazon Outreach in the villages along the Amazon River.
