Dr. Ejiofor specializes in coronary artery disease, valvular, thoracic aortic and minimally invasive procedures. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where he was honored with the Hudson-Penn Award for Excellence in Surgery. Dr. Ejiofor completed his general surgery residency and cardiac surgery fellowship at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston. During his residency training, he completed an additional two-year postdoctoral research fellowship with the Vicky and Joseph Safra Cardiac Research Fellowship. His research led to several national presentations and peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Ejiofor also holds a master's degree in public health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, with a concentration in clinical effectiveness, as well as a certification in value-based healthcare delivery from Harvard Business School.
