Dr. Cullen joined Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin in 2008. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a Subspecialty Certification in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Cullen provides complete comprehensive care to the upper extremity including the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. He has a special interest in rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, nerve and tendon disorders, arthroscopy, as well as trauma of the hand and upper extremity.
