Dr. Gold is the founder of Comprehensive Cardiology. He was instrumental in the transformation of the practice from modest beginnings into the successful Practice that it is today. Dr. Jonathan Gold is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiology. He is Board Certified in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Gold is a specialist in consultative cardiology, echocardiography and stress echocardiography. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Gold received his Medical Degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. His Cardiology Fellowship was performed at the Presbyterian-University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Gold has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of Acute Cardiovascular Disorders.
